This form is NOT to be used for students who are NOT enrolled in two (2) or more classes.

To qualify for a free WTN Match Play registration, a minimum of two (2) instructional programs per player is required. Space is very limited. Registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance registration is required; no walk-ins and no drop-ins are accepted.

Space is limited. Registration deadline: Friday, April 26, 2024. Registration ends when the class reaches maximum capacity or at the registration deadline, whichever comes first.

This is an individual player registration request. For families with multiple players, please submit one registration request for each player.

This is not a confirmation of Match Play registration. Your registration request will be reviewed and you will receive a confirmation ONLY once the registration has been processed.

A student's absence of two (2) consecutive weeks will result in automatic removal from the Match Play roster.
