The North Adams Chamber of Commerce and the NAMAzing Initiative have launched a winter placemaking effort in Downtown North Adams. The goal of this program is to promote pedestrian circulation, provide opportunities for customer engagement and experience, and improve opportunities for commerce in our downtown. Part of this placemaking project is our window "shop" displays. We envision up to eight displays located in vacant downtown windows, to showcase products and services by our North Adams businesses.

If interested in participating with a window shop display, please complete this form. By submitting this form, you confirm that you understand the following requirements:

- You understand that initial preference will be given to existing downtown businesses.
- You confirm that your business exists in the City of North Adams.
- You confirm that if selected you will install your window shop display no later than WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 22, 2021.
- You confirm that you will adequately display your product for sale/services offered in a space of 30 inches wide by 30 inches deep by 40 inches high (30x30x40).
- You confirm that you will include a tag that indicates your website and/or contact information for use by potential customers.
- You understand that participation in the Window Shop program does not offer any guarantees of additional sales.
- You agree to release and hold harmless any agency, organization or individuals involved in the Window Shop program for any potential damage to your display or wares while involved in the program.
