I permit my child to participate in all activities arranged by the online camp.

I allow my child to use webcam while a session is being recorded. The recordings will not be posted online and only used for security and resource purposes.

I release Toronto Simpson Chinese Alliance Church and the staff of the Camp from all claims for damage arising from any accident or injury which is caused by or arises from my child’s participation in the online camp.
