Under the California Consumers Privacy Act (CCPA), consumers have specific rights regarding their personal information.  This form may be used by California residents to make the requests explained below. The Right to Know      
In addition to the information provided in our privacy notice about our collection, use and disclosure of personal information, California consumers have the right, upon a verifiable consumer request, to request that we disclose what specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you over the past twelve (12) months.    If you make a Right to Know Request, then we will provide you the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months.   Please see our privacy notice linked below for more information about how we collect, use and share your information.
                                                               
The Right to Correction
California consumers have the right to request that their personal information be corrected.   If you make a Right to Correction Request, then we will ask you to specify which information needs to be corrected.  You can also correct your information through your Shopify account, if you have an account with us.

The Right to Deletion  
California consumers have the right to request that their personal information be deleted, unless an exception applies. If you make a Right to Deletion Request, we will delete all information we have about you, unless an exception applies.
