Questionnaire to Students

The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback from students to assist in the development of a project proposal under the C40 Cities: Women4Climate cohort programme for Bengaluru. The proposed initiative, led by Ar. Neelam Manjunath, is titled "The Holistic Development Model for a Regenerative City through Bamboo in Bengaluru."

This project aims to improve air quality, water security, and overall holistic development in Bengaluru through nature-based interventions with bamboo. Your input in this survey would be greatly appreciated and should take no more than three to five minutes of your time.

Neelam Manjunath is an accomplished architect, planner, scientist, activist, and theoretician. She holds degrees in Science and Architecture from REI Degree College Dayalbagh and Government College of Architecture Lucknow, respectively. Since establishing her architecture firm ‘Manasaram Architects’ in Bangalore in 1991, Neelam has advocated for the use of sustainable materials and technologies in her work. She is known for her expertise in bamboo as a sustainable material and has used it in numerous residential and institutional buildings across the country and around the world. Her efforts to promote bamboo in mainstream architecture have earned her several national and international accolades.
