2024 Trinity Day Camp Registration
Mon-Thu, June 24-27, 2024      9am-3pm        at Trinity Lutheran Church in Boulder-

Please complete one online form per camper (even if siblings).  Personal information will not be shared with organizations other than Trinity Lutheran Church and Rainbow Trail Lutheran Camp.  Once we have this information, we will generate complete registration form for you to sign as parent/guardian.  The cost per camper this year is $125 for the first camper in the family and $100 for each additional sibling within your family.

After completing this form, please proceed to Trinity's online donation page and pay for your camper's $125 (or $100) registration fee or mail a check to Trinity Lutheran Church, 2200 Broadway, Boulder, CO 80302.  Put Day Camp in the memo.  $125 for first camper in the family and $100 for any other sibling campers in the family.
