Formularz zapisu na spotkanie w biurze rekrutacji pokój 15 na parterze (budynek B - stary budynek A).  Dane podane w formularzu służą jedynie do weryfikacji. Prosimy pamiętać o posiadaniu ze sobą dowodu tożsamości.

Zapisanie się na kilka spotkań w ciągu jednego dnia będą usuwane. Jeśli z jakiś powodów nie będziesz wstanie dotrzeć na spotkanie prosimy o kontakt telefoniczny z działem rekrutacji - https://pja.edu.pl/rekrutacja-informacje

Na spotkanie można przyjść maksymalnie z jedną osobą towarzyszącą.

Prosimy przychodzić w maseczkach/przyłbicach ochronnych. Płyn do dezynfekcji rąk znajduje się przy wejściu do budynku przy ochronie. Osoby nie stosujące się do zaleceń nie będą wpuszczone.

Remember, if you sign for several meetings during one day, we will be forced to delete your submission. If, for some reason, you are unable to reach the meeting, please contact the recruitment department - https://www.pja.edu.pl/en/enrollment-for-studies. The session takes to 20 minutes. So please prepare the necessary documents.

You can come to the meeting with a maximum of one person.

Please, for your and our health, come with your cloth face masks/visors. As only you will enter the PJATK building B, near the security desk you will notice the hand sanitizer, it is necessary to disinfect yourself. Please consider that people who do not follow the sanitary instructions will not be allowed into the building.
If you notice any of the COVID-19 syndromes, please contact the doctor and consider coming to the PJATK in the other day.
