Each club will receive a space that is 8 feet wide and 6 feet deep. No table cloths provided.

Access to electricity is not guaranteed, and there are very limited outlets available. Clubs are encouraged to bring extension cords and to have back-up plans in the case of not being able to connect to electricity.

We will consider all requests for a specific space, however, it cannot be guaranteed. Spaces are assigned on a first come first serve basis. Spaces are assigned to maximize traffic flow, avoid placing similar items together and to meet clubs needs of electricity. Clubs must stay in their assigned space.
