Summer Xplorers Enrollment Form
We are excited to offer another fun Summer Xplorers Program!

We will be starting the week of June 10th, 2024.

Program days will run from 10am - 2pm.

ENROLLMENT OPTIONS:
6 Class or 12 Class Package - Choose your class dates at any location. Dates must be chosen in advance on this form. ALL classes must be used during the summer program only - will not be credited forward.

Full Week Program will run for a single week / 5 consecutive days.

Family Day Program will run 2x per month - (Family enrollment includes family of 4 - additional students + $5 per day)

PRICING:

6 Class Package  = $450

12 Class Package = $840

Full Week = $350 

Family Days = $360 for 6 days (2 in June, 2 in July, 2 in Aug)  *Includes family of 4 - add students $5 per day

**single family drop in days = $70


*Programs will be subject to minimum enrollment. Must enroll for entire program - no credit/refund for missed days. One makeup credit allowed to be used on another day during summer program. 

The enrollment fee ($20/single student - $35/family) is due at sign up to reserve your spot.

**Multi-day/multi-full week options may be broken into two payments.
