We will continue the practice of meeting in our two affinity groups every other week. Today, I'm seeking feedback on how we should focus our time when we are all together this semester. I am also seeking your initial thoughts on planning our JEDI work next year.

When we are meeting as a whole staff during our JEDI time, for this semester, I prefer:
A Book Study: Reading and discussing "The Inner Work of Racial Justice" by Renee Magee
A Book Study: Reading and discussing "Mindful of Race" by Ruth King
Working collectively to define what JEDI means to us. When we ask each other what JEDI means as adults in our group, we provide divergent answers. This process would gather our voices in our journey towards collective understanding.
