TATTOO BOOKING REQUEST
This form is for requesting a custom tattoo appointment with DEIDGE DUNHAM.
Hourly rate:$250
I am currently taking new and existing clients, I now make tattoos in a private studio space and am available 6 days a week.
I look forward to hearing all your rad ideas and making your next tattoo.

DESIGN

Use the form below to describe the tattoo you want to get in as much detail as possible. Please EMAIL any references that represent the idea or style that you are looking to have done or that the tattoo is being based off of to: deidgedunhamtattoo@gmail.com. Design for the tattoo will not be sent before appointment. Any small changes will be made the day of if needed.

 DEPOSIT

 A non refundable $100 deposit is needed to book the appointment. The deposit amount comes off the final price of the tattoo and simply holds the date and time for you. I accept Zelle CashApp and ApplePay.

 RESCHEDULING

Deposits will be forfeited with no less than 48 hours notice of rescheduling.  If deposit is forfeited, a new deposit will be needed to make future appointment. If you are feeling sick, please contact the shop to reschedule.

I do my best to anticipate how long appointments will take and to work within the time allotted, but the art of tattoo has a lot of moving parts that can make an appointment take longer than initially expected. I will never rush through a tattoo or push the client or myself past any limits. Please plan on getting tattooed being your last commitment for the day. If I’m running behind, I will notify you ASAP.
