Use this order form to order patches for letter jackets or memory banners. Submit one form per patch! If you want to order multiple patches, complete the form for each patch. Patches are $18 each. If you want a patch for team accomplishments, the text will be modified so they are all consistent. Patches can be paid for by sending a check to the HS office or with card by calling HS Office (316-542-3113) to order over the phone. Patch orders for the Spring 2023 season (and any previous season) are due Thursday, June 8. Orders will arrive over the summer and can be picked up in August.
