Sensory Strategies for Infants/Toddlers Training with Foster Village Charlotte
Join us Saturday, June 1st 9:30-11:30am at Watershed Charlotte Church (2101 Shenandoah Ave.) and let's dive into exploring various sensory strategies to help facilitate development of the infant nervous system! As the nervous system begins to heal and integrate, children begin to make gains in their ability to self-sooth, tolerate sensory stimulation, engage and interact with others, and feel more at peace in their own bodies. This presentation is with a fellow foster mama and a pediatric OTwill also cover positioning techniques to help support head shape, as well as best practices for equipment use in order to promote normal infant development. Childcare provided. Space limited! RSVP Below
