Poster Guidelines
TCiNN is open to creative poster formats, as long as they are professionally presented, appealing to the audience and easy to read or view. Here are a few suggested guidelines to ensure your poster is visually appealing:
•
Print or prepare poster to be approximately 48” x 36”
•
Use a simple font legible from 3-5 feet; dark letters on a light background is easiest to read
•
Balance placement of graphs, images and text; minimize text- use graphics
•
The poster should tell your story, but so should you; prepare a brief verbal explanation
TCiNN will provide materials required for mounting the poster for display. Posters can be set up Thursday during breaks but must be set up and ready for viewing by the Thursday afternoon poster session. Presenters are required to stand by their posters for the duration of the Poster Session.
