Lucki Fit LLC is a brand strategy and coaching firm featured in Forbes.com and BossBabe.

We work to improve the (online) presence and profitability for developing leaders and startup founders via in-person and virtual workshops, coaching, and masterminds.

Lucki Fit LLC accepts virtual based interns year round in Baltimore and across the USA to help with numerous tasks and responsibilities around the business. Interns will have the opportunity to gain experience with campus and community outreach as a brand ambassador; workshop development, social media engagement, and logistics management. Throughout the year, we train and provide ongoing support to interns as they work in a particular area, which is chosen according to specific interests and talents.

Upon completion of the internship at Lucki Fit, each student will leave with valuable “real world” experience in a fast-paced setting, written pieces for their portfolios, and a variety of professional skills and accomplishments to add to their resumes. Interns will also gain experience in various areas of marketing, including public relations, social media and public affairs.

POSITION OVERVIEW: As a community engagement intern, you will be responsible for supporting Lucki Fit’s programming and brands through Community Building, Events and Marketing Awareness efforts. This position is campus visible yet a virtual office opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an open, fun, and collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to raise awareness of the Lucki Fit brand through the development and implementation of events and marketing strategies. You’ll be asked for your opinion and assist in developing strategies that work to develop an active and engaged community!

Based on skill and desire, specific position projects may include:
Social Media/Marketing:
• Implementing ambassador social media campaigns for upcoming events
• Helping create interesting, effective and on-brand communications and marketing pieces for print and digital
Events:
• Coordinating on campus and virtual brand building workshops
• Assistance putting together communications, surveys, and event logistics
• Logistics and onsite support of Lucki Fit LLC
• Special Projects as assigned

Skill Set Required
• Social Media – understanding of latest trends and experience using social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat
• Previous event planning experience preferred
• Creative thinker and problem solver
