ASTL Yokan Fashion Show Model Application
Thank you for your interest in our fashion show! Please read over this information carefully and ensure all requirements are met before filling out this application:

* Please note the fashion show is strictly voluntary and you must have your own convention pass to participate.
* Please only submit ONE application.

The Yokan Fashion Show will be presented on Saturday April 27th at 1:00pm. All models are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to be present for Friday night fittings at 9pm and rehearsals Saturday morning between 9:00am - 12:30pm.

Call time for the fashion show is 10:30am, with the show starting at 1:00pm. This is a MANDATORY TIMESLOT IN WHICH YOU MUST BE PRESENT!

If you are chosen to model, you will receive an email from your respective brand. If you are not chosen to model, you will still receive an email stating so from the fashion show team. Make sure to check your emails regularly after the cut off date.

You may be required to bring your own items (such as shoes, petticoats, accessories, ect.) If selected, please be ready to receive those requests from your assigned brand.

Have you volunteered as a model before or will this be your first time? (If you have not modeled before, it will not hinder our decisions!) *
You will be required to commit some time for the fashion show fittings on Friday evening at 9:00PM, as well as rehearsal before the show anytime between 9:00AM - 12:30PM on Saturday. Your assigned designer will be given a timeslot within those time periods. Do you accept these terms? You understand that you must be present in the backstage area at 11:00am - 1:00pm for the fashion show final prep and show start. *
Modeling in the Yokan Fashion Show is a voluntary opportunity, in which you understand that no monetary compensation will be granted from ASTL, the fashion show team, or the featured brands. Do you accept these terms? *
