my services are only for those who already have a keyboard on hand or in mind, and are commissioning me to either complete the build, tune stabilizers, lube switches, and/or mill-max. this is not a consultation service. if you are looking for something like that, feel free to drop me a message or email and i can refer you to some friends ♡

  1. after i receive your response, i will dm/email you with any follow up questions & provide a quote.
  2. once approved, i will send you an invoice (via paypal goods & services) for payment.
  3. after i receive your payment, i will purchase any necessary parts and give you a rough timeline to completion (typically 1-2 weeks).
  4. upon completion, i will send a follow up message with extensive photos/videos. 
  5. then, either you or i can purchase the return label via pirateship.com. please note that if we do the latter, i will send another invoice that will have an additional 3% fee.

1. you are responsible for testing your keyboard before sending it to me and accept that an additional test will take place after i receive it. 
2. after the mail is handed over to the post office, it is out of my control. allieaf.keys cannot be held accountable for any damages suffered during shipping. 
3. you are responsible for any problems that arise after the keyboard is complete and confirmed to be working. 
4. allieaf.keys reserves the right to stream, film, and/or create content from this commission.

rights to refuse service:
allieaf.keys reserves the right to refuse and return builds that are unsanitary. these will be shipped back at your expense.
