Carver Career and Technical Education Center Veterinary Technology Application
The Veterinary Technology Program is a selective admission, cooperative degree program offered by Carver Career and Technical Education Center and BridgeValley Community & Technical College. One class of 15 is admitted each July. The program is designed to prepare students for a career as a veterinary technician. It is nationally accredited by the American Veterinary Medical Association.

The program is delivered on-site at Carver in Charleston, WV. Completion of this program leads to an Associate of Applied Science degree in Veterinary Technology. Graduates of this program are eligible to sit for the Veterinary Technician National Exam and the West Virginia State Veterinary Technician Exam. Graduates successfully passing both exams earn their licensure and become Registered Veterinary Technicians within the state of West Virginia.

As Registered Veterinary Technicians, graduates may expect to find employment in a wide range of animal related fields including: zoos, research labs, animal clinics, pharmaceuticals, and many others.

APPLICATION DEADLINE IS FEBRUARY 28TH.  
The following three applications must be completed: Carver Career and Technical Education Center's Adult Application,  Veterinary Technology Program Application, and BridgeValley Community and Technical College Application.
