Hello and thank you for volunteering to purchase for the Broadview-Thomson Giving Tree this year!  This program is a joint effort between the school and the PTA.  We hope and expect that givers will budget $50+ per child.  You are the only person being assigned this child, so please do your best within your budget.  Also, this year we are asking that gifts NOT be WRAPPED, so we are asking that you provide a small roll of wrapping paper and a roll of scotch tape if that is within your means, but it is not required.

Once you fill out this form, you will receive an email within 48 hours after the gift requests are due with the subject line "Broadview-Thomson Giving Tree Tags" with your specific assignment(s).  If you do not receive it, please check your junk mail folder.  If you still can't find it, please write to the school at one of the below email addresses.

You do NOT need to fill out this form to donate a gift card.  We are ALWAYS in need of gift cards, preferably for at least $50.  Suggested stores: Fred Meyer, Safeway, Target, Sprouts, Amazon.  Gift cards can be dropped off at the office during the below hours.

Gifts are due by Monday, December 4.  They can be dropped off at the school office M-F, 7am-3:30 pm.  If you need to make alternate arrangements to drop off gifts at another time, please call the office (206-252-4080) or email Lauri McVicar (lmcvicar@seattleschools.org).
