This allows the purchasing organization to identify the best supplier with little energy. The result is a chain that is more accountable and delivers better results.

Best Value is a proven method for achieving results. The Best Value principles are simple, but differ strongly from conventional management practices. The method focuses on identifying and utilizing the expertise of experts.
Best Value acknowledges that change is hard and has to come from within. Resources spent on directions, control and inspections run the risk of being a waste of effort, time and money.

This training will show you how Best Value works. The training is suitable for project managers, technical specialists, purchasers, tender managers, and other managers.
