Description:
SCCA Legal Eagle Challenge is Singapore’s first in-house counsel competition for law students. In this year’s case scenario, students are the General Counsel of a fictional Energy Solutions Provider (“Energy Co”). Energy Co is looking to participate in an overseas project. They are to present to Energy Co’s board of directors on the ideal corporate structure, ESG issues and dispute resolution mechanisms.
