This 2023 Tournament Manager Letter of Intent is provided to Irmo Little League (ILL) of South Carolina which operates under the rules adopted by its Board of Directors, South Carolina Little League District 3 and Little League International. This Letter of Intent should be considered an application to be considered a Tournament Team Manager for an ILL 2023 Tournament Team; however, it does not guarantee the appointment as Tournament Team Manager. Appointment as a Tournament Team Manager for an ILL 2023 Tournament Team is an honor that entails certain responsibilities, obligations and expectations from the Tournament Team Manager for as long as the Tournament Team is active in the 2023 Little League Tournament play.
I clearly understand and agree to the following:

I meet the criteria for Tournament Team Manager selection as set out by Little League International and ILL Board policy
I am fully able to manage a team, if selected, by attending scheduled practices and games for as long as the 2023 Tournament Team remains active in sanctioned Little League tournament play at the District, State, Regional or World Series level.
I will follow the selection process as outlined by the ILL Board including running all organized workouts , evaluating all interested players throughout the season and discussing all interested players with regular season Team Managers.
I understand that I may be removed and replaced as Tournament Team Manager if I consistently do not attend player workouts, do not fully carry out the directives of the ILL Board in assessing talent, nor discuss all eligible players with the regular season managers.
This Letter of Intent does not guarantee that I will be selected to manage a 2023 Tournament Team.
Additional costs related to travel expenses may be incurred. All fundraising completed will be done in the name of Irmo Little League and not for an individual player, manager or team.
