Applications are open from April 5, 2021 until June 31, 2021

The following questions will help determine your acceptance and placement as a theme camp. Please understand that the placement team will do its best to accommodate requests. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your request, we will work to try and come to a reasonable alternative. Ultimately, the decision of the placement team is final.

All Theme camps agree to follow all Element 11 policies, most specifically the Theme Camp Policy and Sound Policy. Please read and understand all policies prior to completing the application.

In order to save your application and resume later you must submit the form. You may do so without completing all of the questions. An email will be sent with a link that will allow you to resume your application. However, all questions must be answered prior to the application deadline.
