Distance Learning Change Request Form
We recognize that with the announcement of the move to Distance Learning for the secondary schools and the adjustments being made for elementary schools that your families situation may have changed.  If you need to switch from your current learning model please fill out this form. Note: Once your change form has been completed, the office will let you know within 7 business days of your child's placement and start date based on the change request and current enrollment numbers.  Keep in mind that switching may require your child to have a different teacher.
