Class Includes:  Equipment & ingredients, snacks & a light meal, hot & cold beverages, instruction on how to make a pre-ferment, dough, shaping, slashing, and steaming/baking for the perfect loaf.

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations for a full refund can be made up to 2 weeks prior to the event date.  After the 2 week grace period, classes can be exchanged for another class offering of the same value (or upgraded).
