Charleston County School District (CCSD) has created a Safe Return to In-Person Instruction and Continuity of Services Plan as a part of the state's receipt of funds from the American Rescue Plans (ARP) Art's Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ESSER III Funds) awarded to address impacts from COVID-19.

The ARP Act requires that school districts make their Safe Return to In-Person Instruction and Continuity of Services Plan available to the public online and they seek public comment on the plan and develop it after taking into account public comments received.
