Transportation will be assigned to all students using their home address in Skyward.  If a daycare, babysitter, or second parent is used this form must be completed EACH YEAR to ensure your child is assigned to the correct bus.  This applies to alternate transportation needs on early dismissal days as well.  This form should also be completed if you will be transporting your child to and from school.  If parent transport is selected, no district transportation will be assigned.  However, this can be changed at any time. 

The District provides transportation from/to the following daycares:  Brecknock Academy, Calvary Care, Camp Adahi, Flying Hills Daycare, Joy Gardens, Sunshine & Stars, and Tiny Treasures.  

If you request transportation to a babysitter's home the address MUST be in your child's assigned school attendance area.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  (i.e. a Brecknock student cannot receive transportation to the Cumru or Mifflin Park area).  

Daycare and babysitter exceptions must be for 2 days or more each week with the exception of early dismissals.  Daycare and babysitter exceptions are only accepted for students in grades K - 6.

For split custody arrangements please fill out this form for the second parent who is NOT listed as primary in Skyward.  The student(s) will be assigned to both homes.  

Please complete one form for each child (i.e. if you have 2 children who need exceptions, you will need to complete 2 forms).
