2025 Fair: Saturday 15 February 2025 at Fair Park.

Volunteer opportunities are available:

*) Saturday morning (7am -- Lunch)

*) Saturday Afternoon (Lunch -- 7pm)

Volunteers must be 18 or older.
Please note that family members and teachers of participants cannot be in the Automobile Building during the fair judging.

7am -- 9am: SAFETY & DISPLAY: Inspect projects using a check list after being orientated on this job

7am -- 9am: REGISTRATION; assist with student & judge check-in, directing participants, etc...

9am-12:30: GENERAL ASSISTANCE: handing out chairs to participants, take pictures, make sure projects are being seen by at least 3 Category Judges

12:30 -- 3pm: RESULTS PROCESSING: set up tables/chairs/projects with paperwork for grand prize round, collect judge sticker form from all projects, stack chairs from project area

3:00 -- 5pm: FINAL PREP: hand out snacks to GP participants, take pictures, continue stacking chairs/removing table coverings where needed

5:00 -- 7pm: FINALE: stack chairs in award area, pack supplies in office area, stack chairs and remove table covering from Grand Prize area, toss any project boards left behind
