The Orange Elementary Schools are seeking feedback from parents and the community regarding the reopening of the Fisher Hill Elementary School and the Dexter Park Innovation School for the 2020-2021 school year. Providing we can meet health and safety standards, it is our goal to open the school for full in person, onsite education as soon as possible. We recognize that academic learning and the social needs of our students to be of the utmost of importance. However, our concern first and foremost is the safety of our students, staff, and the community at large. Therefore we are seeking input from our families and community regarding their concerns and needs. We request you take a few minutes to complete the survey below; all responses are anonymous.

1. What is your comfort level with having students return full-time to in person instruction with safety guidelines in place? These guidelines would include the wearing of face masks, social distancing, and restricted movement within the school and classroom. *

2. What are your biggest concerns about full, in person instruction? Check all that apply.

Increased chances of contacting Covid 19.

3. What is your comfort level with having students return full-time to a hybrid-model of instruction with safety guidelines in place? An example may be with a model would that consist of students being divided into two cohorts with cohorts attending school in person for one week and then receiving remote instruction the following week. This model would still require students to wear face masks, social distance, and restricted movement within the school and classroom. *
