We are back!
We, the staff of the Heart of Illinois Fair (HOIF), are so excited to inform you that the 2021 HOIF is on! Our top priority is to execute a fruitful and flourishing fair that spotlights specific arts, entertainment, and services that contribute to the community in unique and positive ways. In order to promote local engagement, we are looking to partner with businesses such as yours that play a major part in the success throughout the community. We believe in your business and appreciate what you do; we feel so lucky to have you within the Heart of Illinois! As a respected local business, we believe that communal support is both beneficial and necessary, especially considering recent events. This is why we wanted to reach out to you and ask for your support. We are in search of additional sponsorships and donations that will help the 2021 HOIF be successful. Your contribution would help us promote your profession and, of course, your deserving company. Your business should be recognized and we would be thrilled to help make that happen. We can’t wait to bring back the fun and excitement the HOIF brings!
To make a donation or to become a 2021 Heart of Illinois Fair sponsor, contact Exposition Gardens at (309) 691-6332, email at expo@att.net, or fill out the sponsorship and donation package form below and return it to the above address. An online form option is available on the HOI Fair Facebook page in addition to the HOI Fair website www.heartofillinoisfair.com. Your contribution will be listed on the HOI Fair website under the sponsorship and donations category. Payment is due by July 6th. Any sponsor that sends money after the July 6th deadline will have to receive tickets at Gates 1 or 4 upon arrival on one of the fair dates. The HOIF will be held July 13th-17th. We would love to welcome you to the HOIF team and appreciate your support!
