Serene and Strong Sundays is a 45-minute virtual group fitness class via Zoom that includes a body-weight resistance and full-body stretching workout that improves strength, balance, stability, and flexibility, and ends with a mindfulness meditation to increase body awareness and autonomy to empower you for a great week ahead. Sessions are Sundays at 5pm Arizona. (Remember Arizona doesn't change time--this will shift an hour for those in different time zones come spring/fall. Currently times: 4pm PT/5pm MT/5pm CT/7pm ET)
