THIS IS OPTIONAL - IT IS NOT REQUIRED

This will help coaches get to know each player who is looking for a team.

Please provide a video following the activities below or anything else you would like to share with the CE coaches.

1) Running with the ball and without the ball.
- Player should sprint 20 yards and back as quick as they can.
- Player should dribble 20 yards and back as quick as they can.


2) Dribble Between Cones
- Line 5 cones up or marker in a row. Each cone about yard apart.
- Dribble between all cones as quick as possible 3 times.

3) Passing
- Pass the ball with a friend or parent. Different distances move around, use both feet, etc. Show as much as you want.

4) Finishing
- To a goal or target, strike the ball with power and accuracy. Can be stationary and moving with the ball from different distances.

5) Optional - Any game footage, or video of player playing the game with friends, that shows the player playing (not required, but helpful).

Take videos, combine them and save it as 1 YouTube video. Video should be "unlisted" so it is not public. Submit the video using this form providing the link to access it.
