You must submit the signed application and copies of the requested documentation (listed on application) to the finance office no later than 3PM on Wednesday, January 15, 2020. NOTE TO CURRENT PERMIT HOLDERS: Documentation submitted from your Semester 1 application cannot be used for the new application. You must resubmit all documents. Approved applicants will receive an email from Mrs. Walsh by January 22, 2020 with instructions on how to remit the $37.50 payment and when to pick up their permit.
