Financial Literacy Courses Survey
SURVEY PURPOSE:

Many Maryland workforce system providers offer financial literacy courses to the jobseekers they serve, to help these individuals achieve and maintain economic stability. Fully understanding the availability and completion of financial literacy courses across the system is complicated by the fact that different WIOA programs track these services differently. In some cases, partners collect no information at all, because financial literacy services are not a required data component for their program. Feedback on how service providers track data related to financial literacy courses (e.g. what field code/comment code/checkbox staff choose in their client database) will improve our understanding of this important service offering.

NOTICE FOR SURVEY PARTICIPANTS

The two-question survey is anonymous and all responses are confidential to protect your rights as a participant. The information will only be used to gather information on how Maryland’s workforce system tracks the availability and completion of financial literacy courses in WIOA programs.
