I have read and understood the entire school rules, regulations and procedures, fee structure and discipline procedure carefully and I am conversant with that and do hereby agree to abide them whole heartedly in true sense. I am fully convinced of the fee structure and facilities provided for students in this school and hereby agree to admit my ward here. I also do hereby agree to abide the day today instructions regarding academic matters including online/offline classes and the procedure of collection of fees and its periodic revision by the school. Fees should be remitted in four quarters from June and the last quarter fee should be remitted on or before 10th February every year with dues if any and seek eligibility to appear for the final exam. If the child discontinues the studies or wishes to migrate to some other school, dues will be remitted up to the month in which he/she discontinue/migrate and as per the rules in force. I also hereby solemnly declare that the date of birth and other particulars furnished by me about my child are true and correct to the best of my knowledge, belief and information. *
