I understand that there are risks involved in dance, movement, and the performing arts in general, as well as in using electronics, being online, and from various situations that may arise through participation in these classes, whether online or in-person. If I/my student(s) choose to participate in-person, I recognize the potential additional risk(s) that I/they/we and anyone we may be in contact with may be exposed to due to the freely made choice of participating in these classes. These potential risks include health related concerns due to COVID-19 or other illnesses, as well as other potential risks associated with transporting to/from the theater, participation/observation in class(es), practicing at home, injuries from physical activities or use of facilities, etc. I take full responsibility and agree to not hold Milligan Productions, LifeHouse Productions, or any of their volunteers, employees, associates, contractors, and/or partners liable for any injuries or damage (physical or otherwise) that could occur directly or indirectly from participating in any of these classes, and understand that although both Milligan Productions and LifeHouse Productions make recommendations and requests to participants and attendees, the named organizations are in no way responsible for injury or harm of any kind that participants/attendees, and in turn anyone they associate with, may be exposed to or affected by either due to attendees participating or observing recommendations, or faulty recommendations made. I also recognize that Milligan Productions and LifeHouse Productions have no control over, and do not take responsibility for, the venues/spaces/areas that myself or my student(s) use(s) to engage in activities related to online classes or practicing outside of in-person classes. *
