You have reached the online portal for updating your status in the Stroke Society of the Philippines (SSP) Acute Stroke Ready Hospitals Location Map.  This is provided in the SSP website as well as in the Stroke App (available in Android and iOS).  Updating your status is a must to maintain your hospital in the list of searchable ASRH and to maintain your status as an SSP-Certified ASRH. This form must be completed during the fourth week of every month.
