Terms:
- I understand there is no individual reserved student parking. Parking will be on a "first come, first served" basis to students with authorized parking privileges.
- I know that I will be disciplined and my parking privileges will be suspended or revoked if I fail to operate my vehicle in a safe and lawful manner on school grounds, or if my car stereo disrupts the educational process, or if I fail to follow expectations.
- I understand that I must display an approved parking pass to park on campus.
- I possess a valid driver's license and maintain and carry the minimum state-required auto insurance and proof of insurance to park on campus.
- I understand that Klahowya is a closed campus and that I cannot leave campus during the day without permission. Additionally, if I need to access my vehicle during the school day, I must check out and check back in at the main office and must carry a vest while accessing my vehicle.
- I understand that if I arrive at Klahowya after 7:50 am, I am required to enter the building through the main office.
- I understand that by operating a vehicle on campus, authorities have the right to search my vehicle based on CKSD School Board Policy 3230, "Student Privacy/Searches of Students and Their Property."
- I will park in an approved student parking space. NO PARKING IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: Fire Lanes, Bus Lanes, Along Roadways, Staff Parking Lot, Visitor Parking Lot, or Disabled Parking Spots (without a permit).
I understand that parking in one of these areas may result in a fine and/or my car being towed at my expense.
