Event Registration: Barriers to Condo Development in Utah
Per latest US Census data, condominiums make up only about 5% of multifamily developments. This is a missed opportunity to provide opportunities for households to purchase homes in urban areas.  

Congress for New Urbanism Utah Chapter, Urban Design Utah, SLC Neighbors for More Neighbors, and ULI Utah are hosting a free event to explore the barriers preventing condo development in Utah and how it could change. 

The agenda includes 15-minute presentations about the state of condo development and an audience Q&A with the following industry experts:
