Copper State Beer Festival 2024 - Brewery/Cidery Registration
Event Date: Saturday, January 13th, 2024

Event Time: 12PM - 5PM (VIP entry at 12PM, GA+ at 1PM & GA at 2PM, Last Call at 4:45PM)

Event Address: Mesa Riverview Park - 2100 W. Rio Salado Parkway, Mesa, AZ, 85201

Load In: 9AM - 10:30AM (complete set up by 11:00AM for Fire Marshal inspection)
Tear Down: Complete by 7PM

Participation Fee: FREE

Receive:
- 10' x 10' booth space on site
- 1 table (if you need a specific size table for your table cloth, please plan to bring your own table)
- Brewery/Cidery listed with link on festival website
- Each brewery/cidery will be highlighted on the Festival Instagram page as a 'featured brewery/cidery' leading up to the event
- Media assets to promote your brewery's/cidery's participation at the festival (social media copy, flyers, etc.)
- Promotional code specific to your brewery/cidery that provides your customers a discount on festival tickets
- Ice throughout event

Breweries/Cideries will provide:
- 4,000 ounces of beer or cider (can bring kegs or packaged - the choice is yours). Please note that this volume requirement may increase or decrease pending registration numbers and amount of alcohol vendors in attendance. We will finalize a few weeks prior to the event.
- Jockey Box or Trash Cans to keep kegs cool, or coolers for bottles/ cans
- Tent, chairs, marketing materials & signage (everything required for booth set up)
- Personnel to serve and educate during the event

*NOTE - all tents and display items must be secured and weighted down by YOUR staff. STAKING INTO THE GROUND IS PERMITTED.

Each participating brewery/cidery will be notified 4 weeks prior to the Festival to review the products that will be served. This notice will provide instructions necessary to access your form and edit/add information to the form.
