Stagecoach Saloon is located in Franktown, CO in the county of Douglas. It is a restaurant/bar, music and event venue located at
2077 N. HWY 83, Franktown, CO. As a building it has been around for nearly 100 years and served as a number of things over the years, including a service station, an under 21 club, and as we now know it today, Stagecoach Saloon. The business has been under the same ownership for nearly a quarter of a century and has become a Friday night live music destination for many of its patrons from as far away as Fort Collins, Denver, and Colorado Springs.
WS "Fluke" Holland, drummer for
Johnny Cash, once described his experience at Stagecoach Saloon as "feeling like one of the old honky-tonks we'd play in our package shows with
Elvis,
Jerry Lee,
Johnny Cash, and
Carl Perkins." Stagecoach is known in the area as the
best country bar around, and its patrons look forward to Live Music on Friday nights to hear crowd favorite country bands, as well as new country bands performing classic country music tunes to tap their boots to, or hear the great line-dancing standards to get the dance floor hopping. Stagecoach has a great ambiance that appeals to both locals and visitors alike.
As of January, 2023 all Friday night band performances commence at 7pm and wrap at 11pm. Stagecoach will book bands only for Friday nights and for special event performances.
In the summer months between Memorial Day and Labor Day, Stagecoach will have live music in its backyard on Sundays from 12:30pm - 4:30pm. There's always something happening at Stagecoach, from food specials to line dancing lessons on Tuesdays, Karaoke on Saturday, and bingo on Sundays. We invite you to check out our
website or
Facebook page to learn more about our venue.
