NOTE: Per grant funding requirements, we need at least two grade levels to participate to receive in-person assemblies. A single grade level is only eligible for virtual assemblies.

Considerations:
1. Refer to the school master calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts.
2. Estimate the number of students, and total number of presentations (for virtual programs).  This number will be used on your Contract that we will initiate with your school/district.
3. You will receive your confirmed date(s) of participation within 14 business days.
4. Cancellations and adjusted enrollment require at least 20 business days notice prior to participation.  If another school cannot be found for the open date, your school may be billed for 90% of the full cost of the scheduled program(s).
