- speaker's name will be concealed, you are scoring talks based on the strength of the title and abstract
- popular talks will be evaluated more closely by our committee to ensure a well-balanced program

Diversity & Inclusion Chair - building relationships with groups to drive diversity

Marketing Chair - writing email copies, enhancing our social presence

Tweep - populating our @py_bay with good technical info

Designer - making PyBay look amazing (T-shirt, marketing banners, program, some html/css helpful)

Speaker Chair - helping folks with proposal writing, coaching speakers, producing "Meet the speaker series" (Exp with people/project mgmt & delivering technical presentations))

Onsite Volunteers Chair - communicating with and managing volunteers (logistics and communications heavy, ability to think on the feet and problem solve)

IoT/Maker Happy Hour Chair - promoting HH and managing exhibitors, make it fun! (exp organizing events)

Open Spaces Chair - getting folks excited about participating in open spaces (exp organizing events)

Sponsors Coordinator - making sponsors happy (good at logistics + customer service)

Book publisher / book signing Coordinator (good at logistics + customer service)
