Vendor-Palooza - A One Stop Shopping Event!
MYRTLE BEACH VENDOR EVENTS is so excited that you are interested in showcasing your products/services with us at our Vendor-Palooza!

For vendor consideration you MUST complete this application.  Once completed and pictures are received, we will review for qualification.  If you are approved, you will receive an email with payment instructions within 48 hours to secure your spot.  Only one vendor per MLM company.  If payment arrangements haven't been made within 48 hours after acceptance email it is subject to cancellation.

This application is NOT a guarantee of acceptance!  We are only accepting 150 vendors. Others will be placed on a waitlist.  If/when accepted your company name will be listed on the confirmed list in the Facebook Event.

LOCATION:  Myrtle Beach Sports Center, 2115 Sports Center Way, Myrtle Beach 29577
EVENT TIME:  10am - 4pm
SET UP TIME:  Saturday morning starting at 8am.
 
This is an indoor event!  
NO REFUNDS or DATE SWITCHING FOR ANY REASON!!  
Wifi will be available at this event!  

VENDOR FEE:  
10x10 Indoor Booth Space = $100 - ALL SPOTS TAKEN!
10x10 Indoor Corner/End Booth Space = $150
Outdoor Food Truck/Cart/Trailer Vendors = $125

Tables, chairs, canopies, table coverings, etc are NOT provided!!
NO BOOTH SHARING!  One business per spot!

We will be doing a 50/50 Raffle with proceeds going to the Myrtle Beach Track and Field Club.

Vendor Information/Requirements:
*Each vendor is responsible for determining his/her responsibility for collecting, reporting and paying South Carolina Sales Tax.  Contact the SC Department of Revenue for information and requirements.  
Myrtle Beach Vendor Events reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit or part of an exhibit that we deem not suitable for the event.  

This application is not a contract and is no way binding to the event organizers, Myrtle Beach Vendor Events, Myrtle Beach Track and Field Club, or John T Rhodes Myrtle Beach Sports Center.  
Vendors and participants, by execution of this form, release and discharge Myrtle Beach Vendor Events, Myrtle Beach Track and Field Club, John T Rhodes Myrtle Beach Sports Center and anyone else connected with this event from any and all known or unknown damages and/or injuries that may be suffered by any vendor or participants to his/her property or person.  The applicant(s) agrees that Myrtle Beach Vendor Events, Myrtle Beach Track and Field Club, John T Rhodes Myrtle Beach Sports Center and its successors are not responsible for loss, damages or personal injuries of any kind and releases and holds harmless said entities from any and all claims, including any relating to loss or damages to property or merchandise due to theft, fire, flood, storm or other force of nature.  The applicant(s) will abide by all rules and regulations set forth by event organizers and may be asked to leave if non-compliant.
