BIPOC Music and Wellness Group
A music and wellness group focused on providing space for emotional expression and coping skills through music therapy informed tools. This looks like guided deep breathing, creating positive affirmations, and creating art. Facilitated by Meera Sinha, B.M., MT-BC.

To register for the group, please fill out this short Google Form. Once you have registered, you will receive a link and password to a Zoom meeting on the day of the group (June 28, 2020).

This group is free and will occur on Sunday June 28, 2020 at 3:00-3:45 pm Eastern time / 12:00-12:45 pm Pacific time.

As a non-Black POC, I acknowledge the limitations that may come from my perspective, and welcome any questions or discussions as I strive to do better.
