By accepting the role of OmniPixel Gaming Supported Streamer you are accepting the terms of service with OmniPixel Gaming, subject to change at anytime without written notice. With agreement of all information provided on this application are truthful, and that the information is used by OmniPixel Gaming for Business purpose for both OmniPixel Gaming and for you.
