Starting April 6th Middle and High School students can attend school either in a hybrid model or full time virtually. This survey is being used to determine the best way to accommodate all of the students in a safe and meaningful way. Please take some time to fill out this survey letting us know which method you are selecting for your child.

Once you have made your selection, we are not going to be able to have families change their selection. We are looking to provide both options so it will be impossible to have families change their selection as the year progresses.

If you have more then one child in the Middle and High school, please fill out a survey for each child. If you have any questions please include that at the bottom of the survey.
