Dear Parents/Guardians:

We hope that you and your child are enjoying the spring season with LHYL and have found the time rewarding and fun. As we go through the season we will begin the All-Star selection process.  There is a general outline on the time commitment and cost involved with being selected on All-Stars in other sections of this form.  Please fill the form out by April 24th if you would like to be considered.  LHYL Softball this season had such a great turnout that we are encouraging every player who wants to be considered, to show up to All Star assessments. If assessments are as exciting as this season has been, we may have enough players to create 2 separate All Star teams for a given age group.  We want to encourage every player who wants to be considered to attend assessments.

All LHYL Spring season registered players are eligible for All-Stars and must not have played in any select tournaments from January through June. All players who are given parental consent by completing the form below are eligible to be selected to play in the 2024 Summer All-Star season.

EVERY parent must complete the form below in order for their child to participate.
Teams are selected by coaches and his/her coaching staff. The All-Star Head Coach will select his/her team based on input from other coaches, player skills assessment, player attitude, player commitment, etc.. Each All-Star team shall consist of one Head Coach, two or three Assistant Coaches, and 12 players.

COMPLETING THIS FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR CHILD WILL BE SELECTED TO AN ALL-STAR TEAM; just that a nomination will be made if you agree to the responsibilities noted below. Please be discreet if you discuss this matter with your child to prevent possible disappointment.

We will notify families of who the Head Coaches will be for All-Stars prior to assessments.

Assessments will take place Sunday, April 28, 2024 at Foundation Park.
