The National Pan-Hellenic Council, Inc. (NPHC) at Northwestern University is comprised of seven historically African-American fraternities and sororities. These organizations are part of a collective of nine organizations popularly referred to as the Divine Nine. NPHC strives to build brotherhood/sisterhood/siblinghood, give back to the community through service and philanthropy while serving as advocates and a voice for the larger African American community at Northwestern University .
