I understand that submitting this form does not guarantee placement in the program, and that a staff member of Nature's Schoolhouse will contact me with further information regarding acceptance when and if a space becomes available. I also understand that the waitlist is unpredictable and the wait could be 12 months or more. 

I am agreeing to a $50 non-refundable application fee, which will be credited to my child's enrollment fee upon official enrollment. NSH is authorized to run payment for this fee against my credit card and I understand that I must follow the payment link and complete payment before my child can be added to the waitlist.

I understand that I must complete this registration and pay my registration fee before my child will be considered for enrollment.

I have chosen a preferred start date for my child. I understand that most openings occur during the summer or early fall.

I understand that when a space becomes available, I will be offered space for 24 hours. If I do not confirm my intent to enroll my child within 24 hours of the offered space, I will lose the offered space. It will then be my responsibility to inform the school if I wish to be placed back on the waitlist.

I understand that if an opening is offered and refused, if I wish to continue to be on the waitlist, I will be moved to the bottom of the list. It is my responsibility at that point to renew my intentions by phone and regular intervals.

I understand that there is no guarantee that an opening will be available on the preferred start date. Openings are filled as they become available. The school cannot hold an unpaid space.

I understand and agree to NSH fees and tuition.
